Park View Care Center is staffed and equipped to handle the medically and emotionally complex needs of our residents. We are dedicated to helping residents maintain the highest possible quality of life, mobility, and function within a supportive environment. In addition to our on-site staff and services, specialty medical and personal services are also provided as needed at the center. Long-term care services are designed to meet the medical, physical, social, emotional needs of our residents and their families.
At Park View Care Center, we focus on creating a home-like atmosphere, enabling our residents, whether attending for a short or long-term stay, to live each day in a family environment at maximum happiness and satisfaction.

A skilled nursing facility with in-house dialysis offers many benefits. The major advantages of on-site dialysis include:

- Single-Destination Coordination: Patients can remain on-site to receive dialysis treatment, eliminating the need for coordination with outside clinics and transportation between facilities.
- Improved Health Outcomes: On-site dialysis can help reduce the possibility of rehospitalization, with health benefits like reduced blood pressure, decreased medications, increased fluid removal, and improved anemia management.
- More Effective Rehab: Thanks to the elimination of travel time for treatment, patients can focus on working towards their rehabilitation goals.

Lotus Behavioral Health
Our geriatric behavioral health community is a special care unit for seniors struggling with behavioral health concerns including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and other mental health disorders. This community offers therapeutic programs such as life skills group, individual and group therapy and other supportive and educational programs to develop and enhance one’s ability to cope with a chronic illness. Medication management, behavioral programs and goal setting is integrated with the daily program so each resident has the potential to pursue their goals of quality and purpose.
Rehabilitation
Our rehab team composed of physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy works directly with residents to achieve rehab goals to get you back on track. Rehabilitation can assist residents in regaining their highest level of functioning. Treatments are offered throughout the week at our well-equipped facility by licensed professional therapists.
Our team develops comprehensive, individualized care plans to maximize residents’ physical, social, and emotional independence, safely and quickly.
Our goal for residents is simple: to help individuals to live dignified and optimally independent lives. We tailor each individual’s therapy plan to his or her unique needs.
Physical Therapy
Our Physical Therapists work with residents in training for increased mobility, gait stability, posture and positioning. Exercise programs are implemented to increase muscle function, coordination and endurance. Individualized treatment may also include joint and soft tissue mobilization to increase range of motion, wound care, and pain management. Fall Prevention and education are also provided.
Speech Therapy
Our Speech-Language Pathologists address communication and swallowing dysfunction. Treatment plans can include recovery of speech, language, and memory skills. Activities for memory, orientation, and cognitive abilities can be implemented. Oral muscle strength and functioning required for speaking and swallowing as well as appropriate/safe diet recommendations can be designed for individual needs.
Occupational Therapy
Our Occupational Therapists work with residents in education and training in such areas as dressing, bathing, eating, grooming, and other activities of daily living. Adaptive techniques or equipment to overcome physical barriers can be recommended. Strength and coordination exercises are implemented to increase more independence in daily activities.
